Anime Roundup: Everything Coming Out in April 2025 (Part 1)

Welcome back to another installment of GGA’s monthly Anime Roundup, where we cover everything coming out in the first week of April 2025 on the most popular streaming services, such as Crunchyroll, Netflix, Hulu and HIDIVE.  

Spring is back with new anime releases just in time to save us from seasonal depression. April promises returns of fan-favorite series and the launch of some potential new obsessions. We have a packed lineup to keep us busy on the rainy days and enough fan service to tide us over until the Summer anime starts. There are too many great anime releases that we have split the list into two, so here is everything coming out in the first week of April.

After some pestering, Koushi agrees to help Takane and be her closet, by having spare lingerie on hand.

Devil May Cry

Dante is back with his washboard abs and a wisecracking mouth that would give Deadpool a run for his money. This is the Capcom classic’s second anime adaptation on Netflix and harks back to the younger Dante from the Xbox 360 entry in the lineup. The series is being worked on by Adi Shankar, who executive-produced Castlevania, so viewers are in for a bloody good time. 

Devil May Cry begins streaming on Netflix on April 3, 2025.

WIND BREAKER (Season 2)

Sakura’s idea of what it means to be at the top has begun to change. After making new friends and encountering new enemies in his time at Furin High School, he has gained some perspective.
